Using Stencils for all kinds of artwork adds so much to your project.
Isn't every Dad the star of our life?
I used the Stars and Stripes small stencil with texture paste for the front of the card.
After it had dried good, I painted the stripes with white gesso and the stars with red acrylic paint.
The next card I wanted to have the focus on the stop watch from the small Steampunk Pocket Watch stencil. I sprayed the cardstock with two different olive greens to match the designer paper underneath.
