Painting

Background: Refer to video instructions throughout. Using the 3/4" flat wash brush, use every color of Twinkling H20's provided on list and allow to dry. Darken the edges with Cherry Sorbet. Once dry, use your RB Artiste™ Stenciler loaded with varying shades of Silks, Rustic Rose, Emperor's Gold and Rusty Mauve to paint the two stenciled areas. Dab the RB Artiste™ Stenciler into the paint, rouge off on paper towel and while holding the stencil in place, use a rouging motion to paint the stenciled areas. Spritz page with Radiant Rain - Pearl Gold. Sprinkle with Glamour Dust glitter while wet. Allow to dry.
Dress/Flourishes: Load the 1/2# flat wash with Emperor's Gold and paint the top of the dress. Pick up Rustic Rose and paint the bottom of the dress. Paint the scrolls with Emperor's Gold. Allow to dry and apply tulle skirt securing with glue per the video's instructions. Secure the dress to the piece with your Fineline applicator putting the flourishes behind the dress.
Dimensional Roses: Using your RB Artiste™ Stenciler loaded with varying shades of Silks, Rustic Rose, Emperor's Gold and Rustic Rose to paint the roses. Dab the RB Artiste™ Stenciler into the paint, rouge off on paper towel and while holding the stencil in place, use a rouging motion to paint the roses. Apply roses to dress by securing into the tulle and arranging in desired fashion.
Painted Roses and Leaves: Using your angle brush, load the heal in the darker Silks values and the toe in an acrylic white paint. Paint the roses using the video as your guide in the upper and lower left sides and in the low/mid right. Use a 1/4" flat wash using all three Silks values to paint leaves. Anderson Dress 5
